Hey there everyone!

Guess you probably noticed that the new page thing didn't work as planned. Whoops.

It's just too much of a hassle to keep up with two accounts, so my cosplay pictures will be here after all. Just a gallery of randomness - though I do feel bad. I've been focusing so much time on music for college next year that I haven't drawn anything in /forever/...months, to be exact. I've been watching Heroes, which is a really great show, so maybe I'll whip out some fanart.

So Akon 20 has come and gone, quickly, and the Cosplay for Akon was so last minute it was ridiculous. I started after graduation - meaning, I began a week before the con. I was running to the fabric store once a day, dying my hair - even buying the colored contacts AT the con itself. Either way, it turned out pretty well - and it was probably my favorite cosplay so far. So much fun

College is fast approaching, but I'm planning on staying in my Cosplay group. We're all going to try our best to make costumes in our free time (if that's possible for a music major...oh well, two sewing machines in a dorm room will help) and we're going to do a skit at Afest. I'm very excited about it.

Orientation in on Monday. Goodie. *yay for sarcasm* My friend went the other day and said she met an undergrad vocal jazz major, which kind of made me want to cry. *yay for sucking*. At least there's next year to transfer majors if I don't like teaching and want to perform.

Sooooo, all in all, everything is going pretty well. Trying to enjoy the quickly passing summer, and I hope everyone has a nice (and for you Texans, cool) break.
